My test--sand stop motion 3(MP3)

This one i use sand to create a character walk. This is my first time to produce the animation through sand. I think it is hard for me, especially to contral the character movement. So it is just the test. (haha...)

My test--jump 3 (MP2)

This is another character of jumping. This character is no foot, so i just want to the different effect of model jump.

This is another test about the same model jump. I just fix some action of jump.

My test--jump 1 (MP2)

This is my test about character jump. I used clay to create the characer shape and did the little test about its jumping.
But it is very rough for making character and the action of jump. I will inprove it for my future's work.

It is another method to make the sand animation.It is not shoot with frame by frame instead of live sand work.
Ferenc Cako is famous on sand paint and live sand work. It is different for stop motion sand animation.

Micro project 3

In micro project three, i also want to focus on the action of step motion animation, looking at the character walking and basic principle. But i want to use sand to produce the character action. Because i want to try and reference 2D stop motion animation method. It is different for model stop motion. In this micro project, I want to test this method i never did it before. I think sand is an interesting material for stop motion animation. It is free for producing and the result is good enough to catch the andience eyes. To research some good reference and the animator of sand animation, it can be good at my test work and learn more knowledge of sand animation works.

It used fishing line to control and hold the model jumping.

My micro project 2.

In my micro project 2, I would like to focus on the ation of model stop motion animation, looking at model jumping and the basic principle. Because it is different for model walking or other action that moving on the flat surface. When the model jumping or flying or other action that leave the flat surface, it will has other material and equipment to assist the movement of model jumping. Reference the good example and basic principle, i can understand the details and relevance knowledge of this action, and as well as useful for my work.
